Mike experienced something inside of his business that now, looking back he sees things he didn’t see – or didn’t act on before. During this session, he’s sharing his story.
In February of 2020, while Mike was out of town, a funeral director at the funeral home committed suicide on location where the office manager found the body. Leaving behind a young child and a family, along with team members who worked with him for years, Mike had a new situation that he’d never dealt with before. Now, looking back he reflects on the warning signs, what could have been done differently. the effects on his team and his community and he’s ready to share candid advice to all funeral professionals.
